"I have been practicing with Master Aadi for almost 2 years. It cures my office syndrome, lower my stress and anxiety, and calm my mind. Before starting, my back was very tense and I had so much pain. Now, it's all gone! Every time it feels so relaxing! Highly recommended ✨ the studio is also very clean, good location - next to the park!"

"I’ve been practicing yoga with master Aadi for almost 6 months. He has been helping me with the poses from the first day I joined until now, and it helps me a lot to get into the point that I’ve never thought I would reach. Master is very friendly, supportive and kind. He’s also professional in what he does. One time I got pain in my back and he did something to it for only a few seconds, then the pain was gone. I was shocked and surprised at the same time because I’d been suffering from this pain for almost 2 days!! He also has his master degree in yoga from India. He never forces anyone to do poses they couldn’t do, yet he gives courage to the students who are not sure of their abilities. He is super patient and he goes slow with them. Whoa! This teacher is like a gem in Bangkok. I’m feeling so lucky to have found him! I love practicing with Master Aadi."

"I’ve been practicing at this studio for a year now, and I’ve never made so much progress before. Master Aadi embodies knowledge, patience, and passion; he adjusts each student to their daily limit, but never beyond. This studio is more than just a place to practice—it’s a true community, a space for exchange, like a yoga family in the heart of Bangkok."

About the Studio

Where it is and how it feels

Aadi Yoga Center is set in an urban part of Bangkok, surrounded by everyday city life. Like many traditional centers in the city, it does not rely on scenic surroundings or polished interiors. Instead, the focus is clearly on the practice itself.

Inside, the space feels modest and purposeful. There is a sense of structure and routine, and the environment encourages concentration. It feels less like a lifestyle studio and more like a place of learning, where people come with intention and respect for the tradition.

What they offer

The center focuses on traditional Indian yoga practices. Classes typically include asana, pranayama, and meditation, following classical methods rather than modern hybrid styles. The teaching approach emphasizes discipline, breath control, and correct technique.

Yoga here is treated as a holistic system, not just physical exercise. Sessions often reflect a slower, more deliberate pace, allowing students to build awareness and understanding over time. This can feel refreshing for those who want depth rather than variety.

Atmosphere and teaching style

The atmosphere at Aadi Yoga Center is quiet and serious in a calm way. Teachers guide classes with clarity and authority, drawing from traditional training and experience. There is little distraction, and classes tend to feel focused and inward looking.

Students often practice alongside others who are committed to learning and consistency. The mood is respectful and studious, which helps create a grounded environment that supports meditation and breathwork as much as movement.

Who it suits

This center is best suited for people who are curious about traditional Indian yoga or who already value a disciplined approach to practice. Beginners who want to learn yoga in its classical form may appreciate the clear structure, though it can feel less casual than modern drop in studios.

More experienced practitioners looking to reconnect with foundational practices, breath control, or meditation will likely find this space meaningful. It may be especially appealing to those who see yoga as a long term path rather than a fitness routine.

Practical context

Being located in Bangkok, it is easy to integrate a visit here into daily city life. Many people treat classes as a dedicated part of their routine rather than a quick stop between activities.

Overall, Aadi Yoga Center comes across as a sincere and traditional place to practice yoga in Bangkok, focused on depth, discipline, and respect for the roots of the practice.
