Even though it was very wavy with a strong current, our instructor Stef managed to make us feel safe and knew how to handle these conditions well! On the way back we stopped at a calmer spot to explore a bit. I really enjoyed how Stef paired her knowledge about the ocean with freediving - thanks so much for all the great insights on marine life!"

"I took a week-long freediving retreat with Blue Chitta and overall had a positive experience. The combination pranayama and freediving is a definite highlight of Chitta, and also why I chose this place among others. The breathing sessions in the morning were helpful and the yoga instructors were often freedivers as well. My diving instructor Nico was particularly good at explaining things and managing a group of divers of different level. (I joined as a near-beginner and by the end of the week I managed to do Frenzol.) Equipment was decent, no complaints there. The accommodations are good for its price (clean, but the AC is only available in the evening), and there is a yoga cat sometimes hang out around the dorm (another highlight). The staffers are generally very nice. Solid place to try freediving or yoga without pressure."

"I did the beginner freedive course and it was a great experience! With our instructor Mayank I felt save at any time, he was super professional. Food was excellent, everyone was super friendly. All Yoga and breathing teachers were awesome. Accommodation was cozy and clean. Thanks to all of you for that mindblowing experience!"
