"Excellent fitness studio with a great range of gym equipment, free weights area, plenty of machines - most of them are grouped on the gym floor per body part which helps a bit! One day pass is at 350baht, you also need to give them 100baht deposit for the gym towel and locker key (you get it back as you return both items after your training to the reception staff)."

"Incredible gym, has everything you need and plenty of space and equipment to work on. Really clean and was fairly quiet which was lovely.The toilets were being refurbished but you can use the Muy Thai part of the gym. Definitely revisit here when ever I'm back in Koh Samui."
