"Amoni is a very sweet and welcoming lady who teaches yoga and meditation in a beautiful and appropriate setting! The meditation itself really stood out and the yoga lesson is very accessible for beginners. After the practice, she served a delicious lunch. Then we drove to a beautiful temple where Amoni gave us a tour and explanation about temple and the basic principles of Buddhism. A wonderful day, we can highly recommend!"

"If you're curious about meditation and want to learn more about Buddha's teachings, I'd highly recommend this course! Amori's approach is super hands-on - she gets you to dive in and experience meditation firsthand, and then helps you learn and discover more about it. I was blown away by the temple visits, which were not only super beautiful but also really educational - there were paintings illustrating Buddha's teachings, which was a great way to learn. Amori's ability to weave together meditation, yoga, and temple visits into a cohesive experience is really impressive!"
