"I found Pitisuk Yoga during my first visit to Chiang Rai. She is the only yoga teacher here who teaches in English and Thai. She is very knowledgeable and teaches classes Monday to Friday. Morning classes run from 8:40–9:40 am, and each class is different. This makes it interesting to join every day. She combines Hatha, Iyengar, and sometimes Ashtanga yoga. Her classes are beginner-friendly, with clear guidance and good pacing. If you want a deeper or more advanced practice, she offers a two-hour class. I have not tried it, because the morning class already feels great. She also offers evening classes and a Yin Yoga class on Thursdays. Please check the schedule directly with her. One more thing I really love is the shala. It has many windows and feels open and calm. There is no need for air conditioning. We use a fan only on very hot Chiang Rai days. I highly recommend Pitisuk Yoga for foreigners living in Chiang Rai or visiting."
