"I had an incredible time training with Fiat for the first time with silks! She was very patient with me, calm and is amazing at what she does too - definitely recommend having a try. I’ve been too scared to try silks in the UK, decided to try here and don’t regret it :) I wish I could have returned to Phuket! The studio is beautiful and Fiat has lovely & warm energy too. "I had experience trying yoga fly for the first time in my life this morning. OMG! It’s so much fun!!! I couldn’t believe I would enjoy doing it this much.
