"Just got back from a trip to Ranong Muay Thai with my wife, and I have to say, it was a really special experience. It's nothing like the commercial gyms you find in Phuket—it has a genuine, family feel right away. First thing I noticed was how clean and spacious everything was. The whole place is covered in clean dry mats that aren't sticky or slippery (we experienced some absorbed full of sweats all the time!). That was a huge plus for me, especially since I wanted my wife to feel comfortable. We loved the food at their built-in restaurant so much so that we barely ate anywhere else because their dishes really taste good even better than those restaurants in downtown, The Thai and Western options were fresh and healthy, and you absolutely have to try their coconut coffee and massaman curry made by the owner ( the very kind lady), my wife love it so much! As we stay for a week, our room was simple but perfect: clean, cool, nice showroom, and with an aircon that worked a treat after a sweaty session. The training was top-notch. The main coach, Tong, is a former champion, coach Sea and all the trainers are friendly and really know their stuff, nonmatter you are new to muaythai or want to push your limits, improve your skills, you can get what you want!(I loss almost 3kg in a week there, it works!) You train alongside their young fighters in the group class morning and afternoon class every day, if you are an early bird, let's go running with the young fighters at 630 for 12 km before the morning class! it just feels like one big happy/energetic family! A nice bonus for ladies was that they also offer additional Pilates classes, which was great when you wanted a break from Muay Thai or just a good stretch. But what really made it for us was how they went above and beyond. They don't just run a gym; they really support the local community. They set my wife up with an amazing massage therapist who actually helped with her hip problem. They also gave us awesome local tips, like visiting the beautiful Koh Phyam island, which we never would have found on our own. One of the coolest moments was when they took a bunch of us to the local hot spring. We all just washed and messaged each other outdoors—coaches, fighters, everyone. It was a bit surreal but so much fun. Want some more exciting? They can also get you tickets to the local stadium fights, which is an awesome night out and a way to directly support their young fighters. Honestly, can't recommend this place enough. It's more than a gym—it's a proper Thai experience."

"Had a great one-to-one Muay Thai session today at Ranong Muay Thai. The trainer was super attentive and made sure to adjust the pace and techniques based on my experience level. What stood out was how hands on and detailed the coaching was from perfecting basic form to practicing combinations with pads, everything was broken down clearly. Solid workout and a great way to experience Muay Thai in Ranong."
