It turned out meeting Am, the owner, was one of the best things happened in my life! She is literally the greatest yoga teacher as she is very professional on mat, but also love her energy and always warm with people. Either, you’re a beginner, seasonal practitioner or even a yoga teacher - this is the place you should not miss out if you’re on Koh Tao!! There are 2 beautiful locations you can try! - a quiet indoor studio with AC in Sairee or an open sala surrounded by palm trees with breeze in maehead. Strongly recommended with all my heart 💕"

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to practice and recharge. Definitely one of the best yoga experiences I’ve had. Both locations are super nice."
