The teachers are professional, gentle, and welcoming to both beginners and intermediate guests. I would absolutely return for another retreat or even just a drop-in class. A true gem of a place."

"A fantastic week at One Yoga doing the Sadhana Retreat. The location and campus are good. I had the privilege of having a beachfront villa with my own plunge pool. The quality of the teaching is excellent and is an opportunity to try many different styles of yoga. I really enjoyed the yoga philosophy classes. And the breakfast and lunch buffets are delicious. A special mention to all of the wonderful One Yoga staff. Everyone is super friendly and really helpful. You can tell that this place has been designed from the heart. 100% recommend coming here for a stay.❤️"

"I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training here in Dec 2025 and had an absolutey life changing experience. The location is absolutely stunning - a serene private paradise in the calmer section of Koh Phangan. Waking up and seeing the sunrise before mediation was incredibly healing for the soul. The instructors all blew my mind. All four of of the teachers (Santosh, Sunny, Konstanza, and Paula) brought something so unique and transformative to their classes and exponentially expanded my interest and understanding of the world of yoga. The food here is also absolutely incredible. Delicious vegetarian vegan buffets for breakfast and lunch that left me feeling so healthy. And finally the connections I made here, I will carry for a lifetime. I feel like I left with a new family. Cannot recommend One Yoga more for a teacher training."
