Samma Karuna is both a retreat center and accommodation, offering shared rooms, private rooms, and bungalows, with a strong focus on yoga, tantra, and meditation retreats. In addition to longer, structured programs, it’s also possible to join the daily schedule with a day pass, which allows access to all activities. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is very open, communicative, and respectful. It’s easy to connect with like-minded, spiritually curious people from all over the world, which creates a warm and supportive community. There are multiple yoga sessions per day, as well as tantra workshops, Vipassana meditation, and Osho-style meditations. The setting is beautiful, with direct beach access, making it easy to relax, reflect, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. Samma Karuna is a special place for anyone interested in personal growth, mindfulness, and authentic human connection. I can highly recommend it and will definitely return."
